As a product knowledge expert, you will generate revenue and exceed goals by connecting with residential and commercial builders, local architects, and industry leaders through initiating and following up on sales calls. Success in this role also requires the ability to effectively communicate, build brand awareness, and inspire customer loyalty.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Gain a complete knowledge of all products and installation protocols
Establish and cultivate strong connections with industry leaders and clients
Serve as a professional ambassador for the Edward's Stone brand in presentations, meetings, calls, and written communications
Deliver precise and prompt information to all clients
Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to guarantee on-time and within-scope project completion.
Experience in natural stone sales is a plus
Strong work ethic, including independence, motivation, drive, and passion
Demonstrated success in maintaining multiple accounts and exceeding sales goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills
